Netflix part of my plan error, cannot manage my account online.
Please help-ever since Xfinity added Netflix, I am not able to manage my account online. I’ve spoken with numerous reps online and on the phone, it has never been fixed, and no one seems to know how. I saw some people here on forum had this corrected, please, please can you help me? I feel like Xfinity has now become a full time job for me and I’m at the end of my rope. Hellllp!!!
