Netflix not working

Ok so we have had our service for about six months and out of those six months we have been able to watch our Netflix maybe a dozen times unless I purchase a movie!!!! Which is rediculous and I have complained now atleast 3 times and all I get is the same answer. “Just reset your box” ok figured out that’s not working. I just don’t get it because our internet works perfectly on our phones and our tablets jus not Netflix

I think your problem might be a software-password issue with Netflix?
