Xfinity's sub-contractor just dug 8 holes in my yard. Xfinity is apparently running new underground cable in our neighborhood. They destroyed my bermuda sod and did a sloppy job in attempting to repair the damage. The crew supervisor gave us a card giving us a phone number to call to report any damage they caused. Well guess what? I've called that number multiple times for the past two days and EVERY time NO ONE answers and I get a recording to leave my name, address, phone number and a brief message and THEN the recording tells me that the voice mailbox is FULL and I can't leave the dang message. ONCE AGAIN xfinity provides their famous NO CUSTOMER SERVICE. GEESH !!!
