Is there anybody who can help without sending more random techs to my house?
There was an outage in my neighborhood. I saw Comcast trucks at my pole. Now my internet signals are terrible. Of course they just want to send techs to my house to randomly replace equipment inside the house.
That problem, after being tortured for months by techs and equipment swaps, turned out to be an issue outside my house at the head-end.
I know Comcast had an outage, I know they worked on the poles in the area, and ever since then I had issues. Why don't they start by checking the signal from the pole instead of me taking a day off to troubleshoot their network issues?
