Neighborhood Issue - no help

We are having a neighborhood issue in Roswell GA.  We have a FB group for our neighborhood and multiple homes are having issues with both internet and cable.  I have no luck when calling the 800 number since they just want to send a tech to my house.  Many houses have had techs come out to say there are no issues.  How do I speak to someone about coming out and checking the signal coming in?

That’s what the techs do, if there is something going on with those signals outside they’re the ones that get it in the hands of the maintenance department. That’s the process, you can’t skip over the residential techs. If you need assistance getting a residential tech out, let us know.
