Hello -- we have been in touch with the local Comcast office a few months back about moving the Comcast line from the old pole to the new pole installed by the local utility company. I have noticed that others have this issue, and that it seems to be resolved best using this forum.
Assistance is therefore requested before it gets cold/starts to snow, and I thank you in advance.
