Today a Comcast Xfinity technician cut a coax cable for my apartment. While he was working with it, the tip of the coax cable scratched my brand new LG UHD 65" tv screen. There is now a scratch and a white dead spot on the television. I'm really upset. He told me to file a damage claim, how can I go about this?
