Need to enable an inactive account - can't contact customer service

My account is no longer active, but I can't get anyone on the phone in customer service to enable my account. I keep getting sent a generic COVID message & hung up on. I'm looking to add internet to this account, but can't until it's enabled.

Any ideas?

What do you mean it is no longer active?  If you cancelled service a while back that account is gone, not inactive.  You would need to start new service as a new customer.
