Need to confirm my service is disconncted & get an updated bill

Customer service number I can't get anyone on the line. No live IM. I need someone to give me a working number or email to contact to make sure my service is terminated & I get an adjusted bill.  It's been 10 days since I put in the order.

Apologies for the issue and the experience that you described above. I can confirm that the disconnect order is scheduled for 3/27/2020.
