Hello. We need to cancel my mother's comcast account due to the following:
a) Her sister, who lived with my mom, just passed away
b) We've had to move my mom into a nursing home this past week
c) Due to COVID-19, my brother and I are unable to return the boxes
If my sister-in-law drops off the equipment at a Comcast store will that be enough to cancel service? What if she also brings my aunt's death certificate along? My mother is in no state to handle this, as she just got into the nursing home. We just need to cancel comcast fully ASAP.
It's very annoying there is no online option to cancel.
Please advise. Thank you.
