Need help with plan/pending order

I recently upgraded my internet plan to 150mbps and I want to change my plan to something like 100mbps or something because the max I have gotten was around 90mbps but when i go to my account and press manage plan it says my order is pending and doesnt let me change anything. I want to change it before august 31 because i read from an email that if i cancel or change my plan i wont get charged the early termination fee.  Please help!
