I had Comcast service to my residence via overhead line through my property. As of January, we disconnected service and moved our residence off of the property. We are in the process of a new construction home build on the same lot. I want to get an underground line hooked up to service the new structure. The drop location on this new building is approximately 250' from the service pole. We are doing site work now and can have the trench prepared for Comcast to lay CIC or the material could be provided to us and we can lay it. I was unsuccessful with finding any solutions when calling the 1-800 XFINITY number and I am not sure how to connect with the new construction team. How do I proceed in getting this taken care of?
