I had signed up a few years back but canceled in the first 30 days. I just signed up again and the order has been placed; however, once I got to the screen to create an account it would not let me create one since I've already got one and I guess it was not deleted when I canceled before. When I looked up the credentials and logged in, the old account and address shows up but not the new one. Can an agent help me with the following?
Remove the old account/address from my account
Add the new one
Help me with how to connect to xfinity WiFi until my modem arrives.
