Need help with new and existing account...

 I had signed up a few years back but canceled in the first 30 days. I just signed up again and the order has been placed; however, once I got to the screen to create an account it would not let me create one since I've already got one and I guess it was not deleted when I canceled before. When I looked up the credentials and logged in, the old account and address shows up but not the new one.  Can an agent help me with the following?

  • Remove the old account/address from my account
  • Add the new one
  • Help me with how to connect to xfinity WiFi until my modem arrives.
