Good morning Xfinity team,
Need assistant with removing collections for equipment ($399 charged). Back in 2017, I moved and cancel services, I returned the equipment to an Xfinity sales a manager (at <Edited> location) and he assured me that he would take care of it. In the process of buying a home, and notice that I have a collections form Comcast. The old physical address was <Edited>. I am planning to get services again at the new home, but urgently need this corrected. Thank you in advance.

Back in the summer of 2017, I moved and cancel my services at <Edited> under Christopher. I returned my equipment to a sales manager (Herve) at <Edited> location and he assured me that he will take care of it. I am in the process of processing a mortgage for house purchase and was told that I have a collection from Comcast on my credit report. This is affecting my mortgage loan processing. Its a collection of $398 please assist.
