Hi, is there anyone who can help me look into lowering my bill? We've been a loyal customer for 5 years and price just keeps increasing every year. My contract is ending soon and I am looking at various options. To be fair, I'd like to see if there is a way I can see if we can lower the bill. I prefer not to switch providers but I'm afraid I'm getting priced out of xfinity.
