Need help from rep - billing has changed yet again...

This is madness. Every year I have to talk to a rep about my internet pricing because Comcast keeps trying to raise it despite them telling me it wouldn't go up. I spoke with someone earlier this year and agreed to the price bump - which started last month at $67.05. Now this month it's suddenly $81.95? What on Earth is going on? Please PM me thank you.
