Need cable buried

I'm looking to for any information as to when this cable is going to be buried. It will be two weeks tomorrow and the tech said it would be taken care of within two weeks. Just moved into a townhouse and neighbors and landscapers are not too pleased with this massive cable running through the common yard. It keeps getting moved and then I have to keep moving it back. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.
