Really need a Comcast Tech to message me, needing assistance.
Already had 2 previous Techs come to the house earlier this year and still nothing. What has happened, since Hurricane Irma I have had nothing but issues with the internet constantly disconnecting throughout the day. During Hurricane Irma a line went down a half a block down the road. Something is bad since they reconnected that line. Router will reboot, or lose connection many times throughout the day. I use the XfinityX1 App on Roku and once a week at least I have to constantly reauthorize the app because of the disconnect issues.
This is getting old. I'm seriously at my ends and about to switch to DSL..
