Need Underground Cable Line - Caught in a never-ending loop
I have been in a never-ending loop since August. I called Xfinity to setup service in August 2019. A tech came out and was not able to get my home connected and said that an underground cable needed to be dug. He submitted the work order. I continued to receive updates about the status of the cable. A week or two later, another tech came out to connect us but told us that no line had ever been dug.
Here we are in April and I still have no service. Techs continue to come out to the house to connect us but continue to say that an undergound cable needs to be dug.
WILL THIS EVER HAPPEN!!?? PLEASE HELP!
I want Comcast Xfinity internet very badly but how can I have the service if they keep telling me they are going to dig the cable AND THEN NEVER DO?!
