Need Service Line Buried

I hope I can get some help scheduling a date to bury my service line. I called customer service a few days ago and was told that due to COVID-19, it would be impossible to schedule a technician for the time being.

That should not be the case, unless there is a shortage of technicians in your service due to having the virus.

Is there another way to get Xfinity to send a new burial request to my local contractor? While my interaction with customer service, by phone, was positive, I don't think I'll make progress.
