Hi, I put in an online order for internet as a new customer today because the previous account holder for my address is moving and cancelled service. I received an e-mail saying I needed to call to finalize the order. When I called the number listed in the e-mail, the representative said they could only see the old account and not the new order, and they couldn't help me. I wasn't sure of what number to call afterward, so any assistance would be appreciated. Thank you!
