I upgraded my plan its only the internet speed up, after changing plan it sends me an email to call to finalize my order, It puts me on hold. IVE BEEN ON HOLD SINCE 6:30pm AND ITS NOW ITS 11:15 ALL I WANT IS MY INTERNET PLAN CHANGED LIKE I CHOSE. i understand theres alot of people home now for the crisis but 4 and a half to 5 hours ? PLEASE
Now ive been on hold today from 9:00 am to 1:00 PM this is ridiculous, i knew COMCAST was terrible but not this bad. customer service is the worst in the planet. All this just to activate a internet plan i agreed to pay for thanks.
