I have been with xfinity since March of this year. In that time I kept hearing I would receive the gift card but never did. Now im told almost a year later that I have to accept the terms and then my account is going to be looked at to check if im eligible. Ive been with you gusy for a year and how are things like this slipping through the cracks? this seems like a issue i have to deal with all the time. its ridiculous.
