MyFreeTrialEquipmentDoesn'tWorkNeedLiveAssistance

I ordered free trial thinking it would work with my outdated apartment, but my cable connectors are closed up so I have no way to actually plug in the box. I have not been able to recieve any service because of this and need to return it but I don't want to pay a $180 cancellation fee for something I have never recieved. Please help.

How are your cable connectors closed up?
