My wifi not working for 2days

Hi. I have an xfinity pass for a month i baught on 6/10/18 which should be valid through 7/10/18 but the connection is limited and not working since 2days. Please help. 19104 area code.

Hello sugu17, sorry for the experience you're having with the WiFi pass. In order to get this resolved, please reach out to our Wi-Fi On Demand Team at 1-866-489-0919. They are available 24/7 and will be able to reset your pass.
