We called a few years ago when we were not receiving our bills and found out our address was incorrect in the system. We were told it was fixed but now realize it was only the billing address that was corrected. We ordorderedreplacement cable box for one that stopped working. UPS could not deliver it becacause the service address was never fixed. The address should be Way and not Bled. I hope that my box was not returned due to Comcast's error. This needs to be corrected. What if I actually need a tech to come to the house?
