I ordered a new modem because I was told my current modem is no longer supported. My first order was lost so I ordered another one. It has been 8 days and is well beyond the promised delivery date. They have two different email addresses for me but never have sent me anything about the modem. I get only billing info. I just want a tracking number so I know that this order was not lost also.
I need the new modem badly. There must be some way to get it.
