My new address is unrecognized

I am trying to use the online move form and the system does not recognize my new address.  Its new build. How do I move forward?

You're going to need a site survey.

 

Your issue has been escalated to the Comcast Team available to the Forums.  A member of that team will reply to your post as quickly as they are able, so check back often.
