Thank you for the update. I received your PM and was able to find your serviceability request. Our construction team has reviewed your address and unfortunately this address is outside of our footprint at this time. We are unable to add your address to our database. Apologies for the information you were given about your address being able to be added if you dug a ditch.
We've had requests for this address dating back to 2014. All requests have come back with the same result. I have submitted a new request asking for more detailed information on what makes your address out of our footprint and if there is any way possible to deliver service to this address. I can tell you that while 300 feet does not seem like a great distance, that is too far to run cable. This may need an infrastructure build-out to deliver service.
Got an update for you. We've been able to add your address into our database. We are now able to setup an installation appointment to see if we're able to get service installed. There may be additional work needed however you will need a tech to come out for further assessment. I can help you set that up. i moved to 11744 saint josephs road,jacksonville 32223.i placed a request to add my address and by mistake comcast added *removed personal info from post* road and my address is still non exists.
