Been trying to get my service moved from previous address to current address (new construction) since October 2017.I can't seem to get scheduled because my new address is not in the Comcast database apparently. I have called, chatted and stopped at the service center, but nobody has been able to help. My neighbors all have xfinity, how can I not be serviceable???? Anyone have any idea on how to get my address added to the database so I can get my service hooked back up?
