My account suddenly became "inactive". How do I reconnect?

I've been a customer since April 1st and I've had no issues using the xfinity wifi hotspot at my apartment up until now. I'm still wating on the non-xfinity router that I ordered to arrive in the mail, so the hotspot has been getting me through until then. Although, today I haven't been able to connect and when I check my account I see this message: "This account is no longer active. Users cannot be added." under the Users panel. 

 

Why is my account suddenly inactive and how can I get things reconnected?

I need to reactivate my account but I can't get get a hold of anyone on the phone. I was told I would recieve a phone call, but no one has called in two hours. Please help.
