My account seems like it is deactivated when I haven't fully activated service

I bought first-time new internet service on 3/16, due to COVID, it delayed  me actually moving in. Although I received the install package early, I did not move into the apartment until today, on 4/18, however, it states that I don't have access to view bills, that "Looks like you can't make changes to this plan.Please contact the account owner to continue." and that "This account is no longer active. Users cannot be added". How do I activate my account when it won't let me and I haven't even fully activated it yet since it shows these erros? I tried to see if it'd let me set up a new account and it said to contact customer support....I can't reach a person because of COVID, the auto reponse system keeps hanging up on me or to try to contact the website.
