Multiple Accounts

I previously had Comcast service at one address in DC and moved to another. I'm having an issue where for some reason Comcast still links my contact information to an old account as opposed to the new one, and it's creating problems since I can't use my email address or phone number for the new account, and I need to make some changes to the address (which was entered incorrectly) and the billing on the new one.


I previously tried to get the accounts merged in a Comcast store and nothing seems to have happened. Is there any way I can merge these accounts and change the information? If not I'll be forced to switch to a competitor.
