I have been trying to get Comcast to do a Multi-Gig site survey for months at this point, I know the nearest pop is under the required limit, this was confirmed by Comcast, however all attempts at moving forward have stalled.
Any help from Comcast would be great, I do find it interesting that when a customer is willing to spend more with your company, no followup is provided.
