Moving to a non serviceable apartment

Unfortunately, I am moving to an apartment (3miles away from current place) where Xfinity is not willing to offer their services. Xfinity is charging me an ETF for their incapability to proide service. I understand you have it mentioned in your terms which is seriously unacceptable. Any customer would only assume charges when they are at fault, but this conditions of ETF is unacceptable being Xfinities incapability.

I have seen similar complaints from numerous other customers and yet Xfinity is charging with ETF. I dont understand if the company is ever listening to their customers grievances. Its strange to see COMCAST willing to loose their customers for life time than framing customer friendly terms.

My intention in choosing COMCAST was its wider network, but I was wrong. I will alert all my friends from choosing COMCAST.

#Unfair practice.

You are the one breaking the contract, not Comcast, so the early termination fees are valid.  Due to territorial agreements with other ISP's Comcast isn't able to service all areas.

goutham46 -- Unfortunately, you will be charged for the ETF. As mentioned by Again, there are some areas that we can't serve.
