Moving and not sure how to get services swapped over

Moving but the page for getting it done online is not working. Link - https://www.xfinity.com/buy/plan/move/localization

 

I have a few questions as well:

Can I have services at both my old address and new address while I'm in the process of moving?

 

What do I do to get this started if the page isnt working? Do I have to call or go to a store?

Not sure whats going on with Covid if call center is open or not.

I called customer service and Tony helped me - he was 10/10 #1 customer service guy!
