Moving Modem?

Moving Modem?

My existing service comes off a pole and enters a box mounted on the rear of my house. It then comes out of the box, up the side of my house and terminates in an upstairs bedroom. This is where my office used to be. I moved said office downstairs to the main level and on the opposite side of the house. About 75 feet. What would be involved in getting Xfinity to move the cable from the upstairs bedroom to the far end of my house? so I can move the modem into my office?

Re: Moving Modem?

All you have to do is set up an install appointment, and the tech would hopefully be able to get a cable to the room you want
