Moved TV and box into a different spare room and now get this

The boot up gets to the following screen:

“Welcome
Connecting to your entertainment experience •••

Then a Red Screen comes up with,

“Sorry, we’re having some trouble.
Please tighten your cable connections then restart your tv box, which can often fix common issues. RESTART”

I have checked all connections, rebooted the box and the main gateway, switched boxes and nothing changes the final outcome. Any ideas? Any would be greatly appreciated.

Are you sure that cable outlet is live?
