Monthly Service Credit - COVID 19

Hello Xfinity, 

 

My name is Brett Miller and i am inqurying about the last 2 months of internet service that we have been charged. My roommate and i travel for work and ended up being away from our apartment when the state restrictions on travel were implemented. This left us not at our apartment and without using the internet. I was unaware that there was a option to temporaily pause internet service as part of the package and also was unaware the COVID 19 situation would be as long as it has been. The last 2 months have been charged the regular service fee but we have not used it at all. I was hoping that there is the possibility of recieving some sort of credit to the account for these 2 months to help with the costs. I know it is not likely to regain all of the cost back but to defray the cost of service we didnt use would be greatly appreciated. Please let me know what the policy is on this. Thank you!
