Monthly Billing Increased

Hello,

 

My name is Alexandra. My most recent monthly billing statement increased from $19.99 to $39.99. I was never given any notice of this on why for the increase. 

 

Please respond back so we can figure out the issue/miscommunication. Let me know what information you need to help. Thank you!

There should have been a notification on one of your recent past billing statements about this increase.

While you should have received notification about the increase on your bill like Again stated, we can absolutely take a look at your account and see what options we may have for you at this time regarding a new promotion.
