This is the situation 17yrs memeber of comcast. I was number 16,000 on the globle scale.
For the life of me i do not understand how xfinity mobile switches me from primary to be given restricted access to my own acount ive established.. And given the run around tear 2/3 back and fourth to calling the mobile company assistance specialist and i still have no results in a clear violation of my privacy and breach to the app. Granted its a phone on my account but never has that phone had permission to make those kind of decision Until some sap switch over my primary line.
Please help me get my account backand make sure that this dont happen to one of your loyal customers
