Mobile App and Website Account Issues

Your website and mobile app show my service as disconnected.  I cannot manage my account, even though I am currently using your service to type this message.  Your customer service chat is of no help because they have the inability to fix anything.  In the last week, your company has done just enough to lose a customer.

Hi there, rdblack2112. This is not the experience we want for you. Is there anything I can do to change your mind? I would like to help and would appreciate the opportunity to do so. Please let me know. I should be able to help fix these app/website concerns you mentioned.
