Missing equipment

Hello I’m being over charged and no one is able to answer from customer Serivce they never sent my extra flex box but is still charging me for it I’m not paying for something I don’t have

Since many employees are working from home, they might not have access to information needed to correct a problem like that. Did you save the paperwork you received with your equipment, or returned equipment?
