Missing GiftCard

Missing GiftCard

I have called every month asking for my gift card and I keep getting told that I will get it in may and that they see it in my agreement just as I did just to be told today there is no gift card associated with my agreement and went to go look and there is a different agreement associated with my account now. I've been on hold for almost and hour now with the rewards department just for them to keep playing music and not answer the phone I need the number to corporate.
