Missing Credit

A while ago I noticed my bill was over $50 more than I was expecting, so I hopped in chat with support. Very helpful, explained all the charges, and then was even kind enough to "apply" a credit that was supposed to be "updated within 24-48 hours." That was 6/28 and it's now 7/07. I haven't seen any credit on my bill for this month. I wasn't expecting any money back in the first place, but it's unfoprtunate that this promise wasn't followed up on. Am I missing something?

Called in to billing and they got it taken care of, thanks guys 👍
