Marcus in Richmond, VA - gave me a great deal... then lied about set up, cut my service off - promised to call me back - never has. Its now been going on for two weeks - I have called and texted daily...Marcus doesn't respond.
I am now trying to contact anyone in Comcast/xfinity that will listen - this is CRAZY I have never had an issue like this before.
