Manage your account - select new plan - but no cart ever shows up.
I am soooo frustrated with the Xfinity web site. I have tried numerous times with differnet browsers to change my plan. I can see the plans, but once iI click on add to cart, the system refreshes the page and there is no cart showing, and no instructions on what to do next. It is sooo frustrating. I tried chat help, but after sitting waiting for 20 minutes I gave up with that plan.
I have tried this over the course of several days with the same result.
What am I missing? Where is the cart on the page???
