Manage my plan link has been broke for several years

Why does xfinity not fix this link? Asking good paying customers to spend hours on the phone to get bounced around to find an affordable plan is not good customer service. Other cable providers website allow customers to make changes yet Xfinity approach appears to make it too difficult for a currnt customer to change plan or leave. Very dissapointing approach

We have complained about this before.  It is not broke.  It is working as designed, is their answer.  If someone wants to manage their plan, even simply look at what they have, Comcast wants an agent to help you.
