Major issues activating new account for WiFi Setup ):

Hello! I'm having an issue activating my new Xfinity account. It's already been several days and when I log into my account the only message I've seen states "We're getting your account set up. Check back soon to track and activate your services". How much longer will I have to wait until my account is activated?
