Feeling like this loyalty thing is not actually for the loyal customers. I've been a customer since they took over from AT&T in the mid 90's yet my discount of $10 was arbitrarily removed and I have been told, "Too bad. Nothing we can do for you".
I'm a senior citizen on fixed income and only have internet and phone because I can't afford the TV.
Wishing something couald be done for me, I just cannot afford these increases.
